You Agree not to send spam in any way, using our services.

You Agree to signup using your real name an a valid email address. Must be an account that you read, must NOT be an autoresponder.

Do not attempt to signup for an account using Yahoo, email addresses. A number of free email account providers have been banned.

You Agree not to add prospects to your autoresponder without proof of them specifically asking you for more information.

You Agree not to mention a Followup101.com.com email address or URL in a bulk message of any kind or including these addresses on a bulk type of advertising web page.

You agree not to use opening or closing statements such as " This is not Spam because" a government law, 301......

You agree not to import leads more than 30 days old.

You agree not to import leads that do not include at least a First Name.

In other words, You Agree not to use your Followup101.com AutoResponder email address to submit to FFA Sites, URL Submission Sites, Etc.

This service is not unlimited. I have clients with as many as 15,000 names in their list. And there is no limit on how many emails can be sent. The standard account allows you to send up 100,000 emails per month.

However, if your account starts chewing up bandwith. I reserver the right to increase the charge to $15 a month per gig.

If you spam using the Followup101.com AutoResponder service or any other service provided by Followup101.com.com, you:

• Will have your account terminated immediately without refund and notification.
• Will be charged a $500 cleanup fee.
• Will be reported to your own provider by us as a spammer, where they will presumably terminate your account as well.
